1. Do not add water over MAX line (less water, more mist)

Excellent company, fast shipping, and the product is awesome definitely worth buying works as described.
This is a nice diffuser that is a lot bigger than expected! It holds a lot of water, it runs for around 24 hours on intermittent when I fill it max. It does make a bit of noise if it’s right next to you but you really don’t need a lot of oil for the smell to come through even with all that liquid. The remote is a great touch too! Very pleased with this product

I’ve been using this for at least a year or so now and really love it! It’s easy to use and the different time settings come in handy depending on when I put it on.
The only con I can think of for this is when it is low on water or one of the pre-set times run out, it makes a semi-loud beeping noise. However, I normally put it on the three hour setting before bed and haven’t ever woken up from the sound.
So all in all a great product, I even got one for my mother as well!
